Dear Sir-Madam I have permanent resident card for Poland, as I am married to polish wife, However my question is if I get Divorced will I be still keeping this Card and for how long ?
If you have the permanent residence card, you should be able to keep it even after divorce - for unlimited period of time.
This general rule has exceptions:
- you may lose the card if you divorce within two years after the moment you receive the permanent residency,
- you may lose the card if it is established that the marriage was fake - that is, that it was only for papers.
In principle, if the marriage was 'real' - and the couple has split, you maintain the rights to permanent legal stay that you have been granted during the marriage.

Migration Helpline (Infolinia Migracyjna) is now run thanks to voluntary work of PFM staff. Before, it was maintained (2012-2014) thanks to co-financing of the project Information Center for Foreigners 2, run by PFM in partnership with the Association for Legal Intervention and the Mazovian Governor. It is co-financed by the European Fund for Integration of Third Country Nationals and by the state budget.
In the years 2009-2011 the project was run as part of Information Center for Foreigners run by the same partnership, also co-financed by the European Fund for Integration of Third Country Nationals and by the state budget.
